Known for her ability to turn complexity into clarity, she brings a rare blend of consultative thinking, operational expertise, and change management acumen. Julie partners with organizations to align meetings strategy with business goals, and implement scalable frameworks.
At American Express Global Business Travel, Julie led global teams in client implementation, solutions design, and go-to-market strategy for M&E services. She is recognized for building high-performing teams, launching innovative solutions, and delivering results in complex, multinational environments.
Her strengths lie in identifying root causes, shaping effective strategies, and guiding change that sticks—whether modernizing policies, optimizing supplier programs, or enabling internal teams through purpose-driven leadership.
